Agartala, January 8: TSF has organized protests at various places against the Citizenship Amendment Act. The leaders of the organization demonstrated in the North Gate area of the capital this morning.

On this day, a student of the organization said that TSF is celebrating Black Day today on January 8. On January 8, 2019, TSF started a movement against the Citizenship Amendment Act of the Central Government. A bandh was called in Tripura on that day in opposition to the bill. On that day, the police attacked the protesters in Madhavbari. Therefore, TSF celebrates this day as Black Day every year in protest.
