On this occasion, the 162nd birth anniversary of the universal poet Rabindranath Tagore is celebrated with pomp and respect throughout Dharmanagar. Like every year, Dharmanagar Information-Culture Office, Dharmanagar Pur Parishad, North Tripura District School Education Department and Rabindra Janm Jayanti Celebration Committee jointly organized poet pranam and cultural program on the occasion of the 162nd birth anniversary of universal poet Rabindranath Tagore at Dharmanagar Kali Dighi North at 6-30 am. can Tripura Legislative Assembly Speaker and Dharmanagar MLA Biswabandhu Sen, Dharmanagar Pur Parishad Chairperson Pradyot De Sarkar, Samajsevi Shyamal Nath, several councilors, Pur Parishad employees, students of various schools and colleges, teachers and people from the cultural world were present.
