In a show of strength and enthusiasm, the Khowai BJP Mandal Committee orchestrated a grand procession on Tuesday in Khowai. Supporters and workers from every booth of the Khowai assembly constituency converged in front of the mandal office. The procession, adorned with vibrant decorations, commenced from the Khowai Mandal office and wound its way through various areas, including Khowai Kohinoor Complex, Hospital Chaumuhni, Lalchhara, Purana Bazar, and Durgapur.

State Electricity Minister Ratan Lal Nath, BJP Khowai Mandal President Subrata Majumdar, and Khowai Mandal General Secretary Tapas Kanti Das were at the forefront of the procession. Their presence underscored the significance of this electoral event. Minister Ratan Lal Nath addressed the media during the procession, making noteworthy statements.

Speaking confidently, Minister Ratan Lal Nath stated, “One slap has saved Ganga Par by crossing the river.” His assertion reflects the party’s determination and conviction. He further emphasized that the BJP stands unrivaled in its strength and resilience, projecting a dominant political force for the next 25-30 years. While the CPM and Congress face an uphill battle, their chances of resurgence appear slim.

Minister Nath also highlighted the importance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in tribal development. He pointed out that Pradyot Kishore Dev Burman’s understanding and endorsement of a tripartite agreement underscore the need for strong leadership to uplift tribal communities.

As the election day approaches, voters eagerly await their turn to make their voices heard and shape the future of East Tripura. The grand procession serves as a vivid reminder of the democratic process in action, where every vote counts.
