Agartala: Dec 30: The headmaster committed suicide in his office room at Jirania Bankim Nagar Basic School. The deceased name is Subrata Das (53). Headmaster Subrata Das came to the school around 9:30 on Friday morning and kicked the students out of their rooms. Later, other teachers went to the headmaster’s room and found him hanging. Information was given to the police of Jiraniya police station. Meanwhile, the family members rushed there after receiving the information. The police recovered the body and sent it to the morgue for post-mortem. According to the police, the dead teacher’s house is in the neighboring area adjacent to the school. The initial assumption is that it is suicide. It is known from the family that he was suffering from physical problems for a long time. Due to which everyone thinks that he has chosen the path of suicide. Jirania police station has taken up a case of unusual death and started investigating the incident. After the post-mortem, the real mystery of the death will come out. The incident cast a shadow of grief among the other teachers of the school.
