Hailing from a modest background, Rahul’s mother works as a domestic helper to sustain the family. Despite these challenges, Rahul has emerged as an inspiration to many in the region for his academic achievements and resilience.

Speaking during the brief handover ceremony, Deb praised Rahul’s spirit and commitment to education.
