More than 11,000 dancers participated in the Mega Bihu event in Guwahati, Assam, setting a new world record. This rare historical moment was witnessed by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Chief Minister of Assam Himanta Biswa Sharma among others. This beauty created in Assam’s Sarusajai Stadium provides a unique identity of Assam’s art and culture to the entire world. It was a heavenly feeling for all present on this occasion. Hon’ble Prime Minister said that the people of Assam have been maintaining the art and culture of Assam with their combined efforts. Due to which Assam has reached the world level today.
