It is very unfortunate that a former MLA was involved in this conspiracy. Two workers carrying single barrel guns threatened the vendors and asked them to vacate the area. They brought the situation under control in the last few days through regular patrolling But since Sunday again, there are reports of violence in many places of Manipur.
