First Anniversary of PM Vishwakarma Yojana Celebrated

Agartala: Sept 20: The first anniversary of the ‘PM Vishwakarma Yojana’ was marked by a function in Lichubagan, West Tripura district, coinciding with the main event held in Wardha, Maharashtra, attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The event in Lichubagan was organized at BCDAI and featured MP Rajib Bhattacharya as the chief guest.

During the event, loans were distributed to 20 artisans, and certificates were awarded to 157 artisans under the scheme. MP Rajib Bhattacharya emphasized that the PM Vishwakarma Yojana is empowering artisans across the country, helping them become self-reliant. He stated that this initiative aligns with Prime Minister Modi’s vision of a developed India and will further this goal.
