Agartala, March 29, 2024: BJP candidate Deepak Majumder has intensified his door-to-door campaign in the Ramnagar area ahead of the by-election. In the upcoming polls, he will face off against Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate Ratan Das.

Majumder has actively appealed to the residents of Ramnagar to cast their votes in large numbers for BJP’s West Tripura Lok Sabha constituency candidate, Biplab Kumar Deb.

During his campaign, Majumder spoke to reporters, emphasizing the significance of the overwhelming support he has received from the people of Ramnagar. He believes this backing will provide him with substantial strength in the electoral contest.

Confident in the voters’ choice, Majumder anticipates that the Ramnagar assembly constituency will once again endorse the lotus symbol during the by-election.

Highlighting the historical context, Majumder criticized the Left Front government for neglecting the Ramnagar area over an extended period. He acknowledged the development efforts made by the late Surajit Dutta after the BJP government assumed power. Majumder pledged to continue working toward completing the remaining tasks for the benefit of the community.
