Car driver beaten up, filed a police case

Agartala March 13: Four years and one month driving the MLA’s car, he did not get a few months’ salary. Shayan Das, the car driver, owes about twenty thousand rupees. Helpless car driver Shayan Das, unable to manage his family, approached former Nalchar MLA Subhash Chandra Das on the night of March 11. The former MLA’s sons Subrata Das and Debabrata Das and the MLA’s brother Sukumar Das allegedly took the car driver home and beat him up. Later, the driver somehow managed to escape from the former MLA’s house.

Villagers and car drivers complained that former BJP MLA Subhash Das Chor is corrupt. Subhash Das is the former MLA of Nalchar. Residents also complain that Subhash Das has somehow gone mad without getting a chance to fight in the recently concluded assembly elections. Party workers said he had planned for BJP nominee Kishore Barman to be defeated by the CPIM candidate in the area. They said no one beat up the former MLA and the former MLA’s two sons on Saturday evening. Instead, Subhash Das and his sons beat up a car driver. And said that the incident of the MLA’s son taking the gold chain and the allegation of beating him were completely baseless. The former MLA Sonamura Thana also filed a false case against the women of the village. The local residents demanded strict punishment of the former MLA today. Now it is to be seen what is coming out in the police investigation.
