Agartala: June 05: In a celebratory event, Belonia Old Town Hall honored BJP candidate Biplab Kumar Dev, who emerged victorious in the West Tripura seat. The reception, organized by 35 Belonia Mandal, took place on Wednesday.

Representing the Mandal, Biplab Kumar Dev offered a wreath and conveyed his greetings. Speaking to the media, he highlighted that Congress and CPIM secured only 23 percent of the votes in the West Tripura constituency. The overwhelming majority supported the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), including former Congress and CPIM workers.

Dev urged every booth office bearer in the West Tripura Constituency to personally thank the voters by visiting their homes. He emphasized that such a significant victory would not have been possible without widespread participation. Dev’s vision is to foster state development collectively, ensuring progress for all.
