Agriculture and Power Minister Ratnalal Nath sought healthy competition in the state health services.
On Wednesday, Teresa said this while addressing a voluntary blood donation camp organized by the Teresa Diagnostic Center on the occasion of the 20th anniversary, said Power Minister Ratan Lal Nath.
