On the inaugural day of the budget session, the Assembly will witness the presentation of the supplementary budget. Following this, Finance Minister Pranajit Singha Roy will present the full budget. Additionally, the Tripura government plans to introduce a bill during this session.

The expedited timeline for the budget session is motivated by the anticipation of potential Lok Sabha elections, prompting the Assembly to swiftly address crucial matters. The final day of the session, March 5, will be dedicated to the continuation of discussions on the proposed budget, with the afternoon slated for budget approval.
