Agartala November 14: No matter how hard the current government of the country tries, it will not be able to erase the name of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru from the pages of history. But the current government is showing small mindedness. MLA Sudip Roy Barman said this while facing the media during the procession organized to celebrate the 134th birthday of the country’s first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

On this day, the national flag, the party flag and the flags of various branches of the Congress were hoisted in front of the Congress bhawan. State Congress President Ashish Kumar Saha and others were present. After hoisting the flag, all present paid tribute to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru by offering flowers to him.

Later, a huge procession was organized in front of the Pradesh Congress Bhavan. The procession ends at the Gandhi Ghat Shaheed Bedi. All those present paid tribute to the martyrs by placing flowers on the martyr altar. Later in an interview, Congress MLA Sudip Roy Barman also said that child killing is going on in the name of war between ganja and Israel. Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru’s birthday is very significant at this time. Demand an immediate end to infanticide in the name of war. He also said that Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru has created the foundation of India’s development.
