The workshops, held at the Tripura Institute of Technology, targeted Mechanical and Computer Science engineering students, marking a significant milestone in promoting awareness and understanding of deceased organ donation in the state.

Project VARDAAN, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by NEDFi, aims to raise awareness and foster education about deceased organ donation across the Northeast region.

With Chapter II launching in Tripura, Zublee Foundation addresses the region’s low awareness and acceptance of organ donation, inspiring individuals to register as organ donors.

Priyanka Borah, CEO of Zublee Foundation, expressed, “We’re proud to have conducted Tripura’s first-ever workshops on deceased organ donation. Our goal is to spark meaningful conversations, dispel misconceptions, and create a strong foundation for future awareness efforts.”

Zublee Foundation will conduct additional workshops, expanding the initiative’s reach and ensuring more communities understand the life-saving potential of organ donation.
