Agartala January 24: Politburo member Manik Sarkar highlighted the weakness of the party at the memorial meeting of Hemanga Prabha Devi at Bhanu Ghosh Smriti Bhavan on Wednesday. He said that for 25 years, the party has only given importance to development from the panchayat to the government. In addition to development, the lack of women’s organization has become clear as there is no role for the middle class politically at present. Attacks, torture, jail terms have witnessed them.

Don’t be afraid of it. As a result, the struggling role of women during the previous coalition government could not be taken by the current coalition government after 2018. But after the formation of the present coalition government for the second time, ideological and class consciousness started to creep in among them. They started to deal with the situation. And with this experience, the state committee of the All India Democratic Women’s Association should be built. Then the commemoration of Hemanga Prabha Devi will be worthwhile. And today’s leaders should learn from leaders like Hemanga Prabha Devi.
