Unemployed youths protest demanding quick recruitment to Group C and Group D posts of JRBT

Agartala April 16: Deprivation of the unemployed is going on in the amritoga of independence. The unemployed youth are being neglected. Therefore, the frustrated youths demanded the government to speed up the recruitment process for Group C and Group D posts of JRBT, or else poison them. On Sunday, two and a half years are going to pass since the unemployed youth complained to the government in Agartala city center.

The government has not yet completed the recruitment process of JRBT. Different times are doing different things. After many agitations, the government announced the results of the written examination but fixed the date of the oral examination on January 17 and 18. But later that date was postponed for assembly elections. After the establishment of the government for the second time, till now the concerned department does not seem to take any initiative to complete the recruitment process quickly with the oral examination. Due to such laxity, when he met Labor Department Minister Tingku Roy and demanded speedy recruitment, he said that it would have taken seven to eight years to complete the recruitment process during the left period. It is much better than that now. The unemployed youth strongly protested such statement of the minister. Their statement has disappointed the unemployed people. Many youths are growing old without getting jobs. Therefore, the government is taking the initiative to complete the recruitment process between June and July with a serious attitude. Otherwise, 24,000 candidates who passed the written examination are suffering from uncertainty. Because it is unemployed young men and women who are asking for rights in terms of merit, not begging. This is what the unemployed youths said. The day protested for a long time to complete the recruitment process quickly.
