In response to this incident, the Bajrang Dal organized a peaceful demonstration in front of the school premises today. Later, the school authorities issued a statement, deeming the occurrence “very unfortunate.” They expressed regret for any distress caused.

According to the details provided, the teacher at Holy Cross School in Durjoynagar asked the student to remove the religious symbol. The student promptly informed his father, who then contacted the principal to report the incident. The family demanded the immediate return of the Somnath Omkar Bandhan.

The Bajrang Dal’s protest aimed to draw attention to the matter and seek accountability.

In their official statement, the school authorities assured the guardian that swift action would be taken. Today, the student’s father met with the vice principal, who agreed to the family’s request. The teacher returned the Somnath Omkar Bandhan to the student.
