It is known that, on Wednesday, the police of Sabroom Police Station received secret information that several Bangladeshi citizens had crossed the border and were staying in the small tea garden area of Sabroom. Immediately after receiving this information, Sabroom Police Station SI Dhruba Majumdar and other police personnel in plain clothes searched the area. Sensing the presence of the police, six Bangladeshi youths started running to the tea garden. The police chased them for a long time and arrested the six Bangladeshi youths and brought them to the police station.

According to the police, the home of the 6 Bangladeshi youths is in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Currently, the police are interrogating the 6 Bangladeshi youths for what purpose they crossed the border and entered India.

But the police of Sabroom police station are constantly detaining Bangladeshis, now the biggest question mark is whether the 109 and 96 BSF battalions on duty at the India-Bangladesh border of Sabroom sub-division are performing their proper duties on the border. If they are performing their proper duties then how can so many Bangladeshi citizens cross the border illegally and enter India.
