As search for fugitives in the gang rape continues, police found around Rs one crore in the house of one of the accused Prasanjit Paul. Officials from Amtali police station had gone to the house of the third accused and during search recovered the cash though the accused was not found. Counting of the cash is still going on at the Amtali police station in presence of SP West Tripura district Dr Kiran Kumar K and SDPO Sadar subdivision Asish Dasgupta.
