Agartala : July 26: Based on confidential information, the Government Railway Police (GRP) apprehended two Indian touts at Agartala railway station. GRP Station Officer Tapas Das revealed that the individuals, Biplab Karmakar and Bishal Dutta, will be produced in court today for police remand.

This syndicate actively aids Bangladeshi nationals in their daily infiltration. In response, the GRP, Railway Protection Force (RPF), and the Intelligence Department of the Border Security Force conducted a targeted raid at Agartala railway station yesterday evening. The arrested touts have a history of assisting Bangladeshis in infiltrating India.
