Agartala: May 01: A young man, Rakesh Das is injured with sharp weapons by his creditors. On Monday morning, a businessman named Rakesh Das was seriously injured by the creditors in Kali Bazar under Lefunga police station. The police of Lefunga police station and Bamutia outpost came to the scene.

However, the attackers escaped. Currently, the young man named Rakesh Das is fighting with death in GB Hospital. A family member of Rakesh Das said that Gautam Pal of Kali Bazar and his 3 sons Biplab Pal, Gaurav Pal, Sourav Pal attacked Rakesh Das with sharp weapons. They hit him multiple times in the stomach with the intention of killing him. Later, the locals rescued him and send him to GB Hospital. Rakesh Das, the businessman, is currently fighting with death.

Within 2 hours of the incident, one of the attackers, Biplab Pal, was arrested by the police. However, till now, the police could not able to arrest the main culprit of illegal drug dealer Gautam Pal and the other two people. Mohanpur sub-divisional police officer is active in the investigation of the incident to arrest the attackers. It is known that a special search operation is going on at Lefunga police station and Bamutia outpost. However, no response has been received from the police in this incident. However, the police said that they will be arrested soon.
