On this day, the Chief Minister handed over certificates to the representatives of Gram Panchayats and Districts who received awards in various schemes. North district bagged first place at district level for special achievement in rural projects under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Certificates, mementos and a check of one and a half lakh rupees were given to this district. On this day, 27 Gram Panchayats were awarded in various fields.
