Khowai Police Arrest Four Drug Dealers Following Car Chase

Agartala: Dec 13: Khowai police have arrested four drug dealers along with a car. Specific charges have been filed against them.

According to the incident report, Khowai police station OC Subir Malakar became suspicious of a car at the Cherma naka point this afternoon. Subsequently, the OC, along with other police officers, chased the car. The car, bearing the registration number TR06D0409, lost control near Cheberi market and crashed into a shop. OC Subir Malakar’s car was also damaged in the collision. The police immediately arrested four people from the car. A search of the car yielded syringes and drug paraphernalia.

 

The arrested individuals are Nakul Debbarma, Sintu Debbarma, Civil Debbarma, and Ridam Debbarma. They have been taken to Khowai police station for intensive interrogation. Police sources revealed that this car was frequently used to smuggle stolen goods. The entire incident has caused a sensation in Cheberi and the entire city.
