Agartala July 29: There has been a long-standing allegation that a large network of the ruling party is behind the hiring process at MBB Airport for huge sums of money. After getting the international airport status, the authorities have decided to employ sufficient number of people in the new terminal building.

There is widespread anger in the area. It is alleged that the Pramila force attacked a female employee of the airport in Chinnaihani area on false allegations of recruitment. The affected woman filed a case against seven people at the police station. The incident took place on Friday night in Chinnaihani area under Airport police station. According to the details of the incident, it is alleged that Pramila Bahini attacked the house of a woman named Bibha Tanti Banik in Chinnaihani area under Airport police station.

Later, the affected woman reported the matter to the Mandal President of Barajala Assembly Constituency and the former MLA of Bamutia Assembly Constituency. The affected woman was working as a housekeeping supervisor at MBB Airport. The accused are Shikha Kar, Sabita Baishya, Ratna Dev, Purnima Chowdhury, Ratna Chowdhury, Anima Karmakar, Rakhi Baishya. The affected woman also said that the accused women claimed that she helped hire 24 workers at the airport in a crooked way. But the affected woman claimed that no staff was appointed. However, the affected women’s network immediately informed many leaders of the area including the village chief, Bharat Ratna Club member, Mandal President of Barajala Assembly Constituency Mukul Roy, former MLA Krishnadhan Das. However, the affected woman admitted that if people were sent from the mandal, they were recruited in a crooked way at the airport. But now it remains to be seen if the police can solve the problem of such a large network. However, the airport police took the case and started investigation.
