Agartala November 24: Four people were arrested on charges of hacking to death over a dispute between two houses over water. The incident occurred in Bagachatal area under Belonia police station. Meanwhile, according to the details of the incident, a dispute started between the families of Rajkumar Tripura and Badal Tripura of two neighboring houses over the drinking water supplied through the pipe line of the Atal Jaldhara Mission last Wednesday afternoon. The dispute continued till Thursday night. Finally, it turned into a bloody conflict.
As a result of this quarrel, Badal Tripura or his brother along with some others tied clothes around their faces, attacked Rajkumar Tripura’s house with sticks and sticks, according to the family of Rajkumar Tripura. Four members of Rajkumar Tripura’s family were injured in this attack. On the other hand, Badal Tripura faced resistance and was seriously injured and died while undergoing treatment at Belonia Hospital. Several people were injured in the clash and are undergoing treatment at Belonia Hospital.
