Minister Chowdhury stated that candidates applying for the Computer Science positions in Vidyajyoti schools will be required to hold a B.Ed degree. He also confirmed the decision to recruit 35 individuals for the Senior Store Guard positions under the Food Department.

Addressing allegations made by MLA Sudip Roy Barman during a Congress rally regarding the lack of ration supplies at fair price shops, Minister Chowdhury refuted the claims. He criticized the MLA for making unverified statements in public and described the remarks as inappropriate political tactics. He strongly condemned the comments.

Minister Chowdhury further highlighted that no Congress-ruled state has implemented an initiative to provide free sugar, flour, and semolina to nearly 9 lakh ration cardholders during Durga Puja. He emphasized that this initiative was undertaken in Tripura under the BJP government. He claimed that the Congress rally aimed to mislead the public, which he attributed to the party’s rejection by the people of Tripura.
