As many as 144 BJP leaders, led by Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha, left for Delhi on Friday to attend the national convention.

On Facebook Dr Saha wrote, “Today, took part in the 2 Day National Convention of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)  being organized at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi being held in presence of Hon’ble PM Shri Narendra Modi  Ji, Hon’ble National President Shri J.P.Nadda  Ji & other senior leaders across the country”.

On the first day, BJP National President JP Nadda stressed the Vikshit Bharat Sankalpa Yatra and spoke about the Ram Mandir, and also highlighted Tripura in his speech.

In his speech, BJP National President said, “No one ever thought that the Bharatiya Janata Party government would be established in Tripura. Not only the formation of the government but also for the second time, the Left and Congress parties could not shake the foundation of this government.”

Sharing this speech on Facebook, Dr. Saha wrote, “The strong conviction of the Bharatiya Janata Party Government in our state came out in the speech of the All India President JP Nadda.  I strongly believe that in the next Lok Sabha elections, the people will completely reject the boycotted INDI alliance and put their full faith in the Bharatiya Janata Party.”
