Agartala, July 6, 2024: In alignment with the Department of Financial Services (DFS) directive and the #Plant4Mother campaign commemorating World Environment Day, various organisations and institutions are being urged to engage in tree plantation activities in collaboration with financial institutions. Responding to this call, the competent authority of the bank has decided to actively participate in the initiative.

Today, the Hon’ble Chairman and General Manager of the Bank, along with the Marketing Team from the Head Office, planted five fruit trees at Bholagiri Ashram. This activity was conducted with the generous support of the Maharaj and the resident children of the Ashram. This plantation drive is part of the state government’s broader initiative to plant 5 lakh saplings, a noble cause underpinning the month-long Vanamahotsava celebrations.
