A one-day workshop on tobacco control at home, Law-Enforcers Program organized by Volunteer Health Association, was held on Tuesday at 11 am in North District Council Conference Hall. Bhavatosh Das, district president of Uttarzela Parishad, was present as the chief guest on this day ADM Biplab Das, District Superintendent of Police Bhanupad Chakraborty, District Hospital Doctor Rahul Purkayestha and officials of various departments of Dharmanagar sub-division were present. On this day, various issues related to tobacco control were discussed in the workshop, and what action can be taken against those who violate the laws that have been introduced in the field of tobacco control.
