Agartala: Feb 26: In a significant development, the Nagerjala region is poised to witness the inauguration of a state-of-the-art modern bus stand, catering to the convenience of passengers. The construction of this facility, undertaken at a cost of 16 crore 88 lakh taka, reflects a concerted effort to enhance travel experiences for those arriving from distant locales.
TRTC Chairman Malay Goswami, during his site visit today, emphasized that the modern bus stand has been meticulously designed to serve passengers’ needs. It will offer amenities such as designated areas for dining and rest, ensuring a comfortable journey for travelers commuting between Nagerjala and various destinations. Passengers are encouraged to adhere to a disciplined approach while utilizing the stand’s services.
Taking charge of this crucial infrastructure, the TRTC authorities assume responsibility from today onward. The stand will be operated directly by TRTC, with a commitment to efficient management.
