A blood donation camp was organized on Wednesday under the initiative of Fair Price Shop Management Committee. Mayor Deepak Majumder, Councilor Pradeep Chand and others were present.
This event is held in their office at Hariganga Basak Road

Speaking on the day, the mayor said, ‘I am very happy that various social, employee organizations and other organizations have come forward in response to the appeal of the Chief Minister of the state, Dr. Manik Saha, to eliminate the shortage of blood. Due to the collective efforts of all, the blood banks currently have a normal supply of blood By donating blood voluntarily we can save many lives’
