A youth accused of beating up

Agartala: January 18: A brawl broke out at the BBI complex stadium in Dharmanagar city on Thursday over a girl issue. According to the details of the incident, Sagar Shukla Baidya is a resident of Chandrapur Apanjan Club area. Currently, he lives in a rented house in Seram Sarani, Naya Para. He has a close relationship with a girl adjacent to Mansa house in Naya Para. About 16 to 17 days ago Sagar beat a boy named Ratan.

Ratan, Kaushik, Abhi and some other boys attacked Sagar in the BBI stadium gallery around 11:30 am today. Salt and pepper are rubbed to the cut areas after beating with bamboo. Eye witnesses informed the Dharmanagar police station about the incident. They informed the police that a mobile thief was being caught and beaten up. Police forces arrived and sent injured  Sagar first to Dharmanagar police station and from there to Dharmanagar North District Hospital for treatment.

Sagar is currently undergoing treatment at North District Hospital in Dharmanagar. After interrogation police told that incident was related to the girl, Sagar has admitted at Dharmanagar North District Hospital, investigation is started in this matter.
