Agartala April 13: Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha is in charge of the state health department. He is already very aware of the health department. He has a keen eye on how to improve hospital services from the state’s main referral hospitals to the district and Mahakumar levels. Recently, there have been several complaints about the services provided to the doctors and health workers of IGM Hospital. So Chief Minister Doctor Manik Saha suddenly visited IGM Hospital on Thursday.

The Chief Minister today first visited the public medicine counter of IGM Hospital. Later, the Chief Minister visited the various departments of the hospital one by one. He interact to hospital patients, hospital doctors and health workers. Inquire whether there is any kind of problem in the hospital. Later, the Chief Minister said that during the inspection of IGM Hospital, some defects were noticed. If you don’t fix those shots, it can lead to problems in the future. Officials of the department have been instructed to take necessary action in that regard. While answering a question from the journalists, he also said that the ambulance service has improved at present. People come to the hospital when they get sick. Therefore, he urged the doctors and health workers to treat the patients who come to the hospital well. While replying to another question of the journalists, Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that no one can rule by hooliganism during the present government.

Those who bully will not be spared. Police have been directed to take appropriate action. However, the rate of adverse events has decreased. Many doctors and health workers have already rushed to the hospital after hearing of the Chief Minister’s surprise visit. The Chief Minister has given strict instructions to the doctors and health workers to perform their services properly because the Chief Minister has the experience of spending a long time as a doctor. So, the chief minister made a surprise visit today so that people’s sufferings do not go to waste. It is known that such surprise visits can happen in any hospital in the coming days. Health Department Secretary Debashish Bose accompanied the Chief Minister during the visit.
