Agartala April 8: Blood knows no political party, caste and color. So religion is only human service. And if this human service is done properly then it will be possible to build a better Tripura. In addition, all development will be implemented together. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said this at the blood donation camp organized at Agartala Press Club on Saturday. Expressing concern of the Chief Minister, the number of women in blood donation camps is insignificant.

But women suffer from anemia the most. Women are more likely to become anemic due to not eating properly regularly. Therefore, the Chief Minister urged the women of this blood donation camp to come forward more. It doesn’t matter who is in government. This government will stand with those who come forward to change the society. Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha said that the government is working in that direction. He said public awareness programs are organized in schools and colleges to create a drug free society but there are shortcomings. So we have to come forward to play a more active role against addiction. The government is on the side of those who will join the social movement against it. Thus, the Chief Minister declared a war against drug addiction. Mayor Deepak Majumdar and others were also present in the blood donation camp organized on this day.
