Agartala: Feb 01: A rally was held at the state BJP election office on Wednesday ahead of the upcoming assembly elections. State BJP president Rajeev Bhattacharya, BJP candidate from Teliamura assembly constituency Kalyani Roy, state BJP general secretary Amit Rakshit, state president of Pradesh Yuva Morcha Nabadal Vanik and others were present in this joining meeting. 255 voters from 73 families from all over the state joined the BJP party in today’s joining meeting.State BJP president Rajiv Bhattacharjee and other leaders welcomed them into the BJP fold. Later, state BJP president Rajeev Bhattacharya told reporters that the alliance is trying to mislead the people of the state ahead of the elections. To get rid of that confusion, 255 voters from 73 families from all over the state joined the BJP party. He said that the new voters will work in the state with the promise of establishing the BJP government for the second time in the state. On this day, mainly Anirban Sarkar, Samarjit Dey, Sanjay Chakraborty, Mrinal Ghosh led these voters joined the BJP party.
