It is noteworthy that the NCC organizes a 10-day camp every year. Through this camp, students from schools and colleges who join the NCC receive special training. The main purpose of organizing this camp is to teach students things that they cannot learn in their schools and colleges. Under the guidance of senior NCC officials and experienced battalion members, students get the opportunity to learn about various subjects as NCC cadets during these ten days.

Speaking at the closing ceremony of the annual camp on Sunday, Commandant Colonel C Rajashekar informed that around 400 students from eight districts of the state had participated in this annual camp. Through this camp, students are prepared for the NCC certificate exam. Additionally, this camp inspires them to build their self-confidence and character. He expressed hope that the students who attended this camp will establish themselves as good human beings through the education they received.
