Ampi, 8th of July 2024: The Young Indigenous People’s Front of Tripura (YIPFT) central committee organised a significant long march rally today to advocate for the establishment of Tipraland for indigenous people. This rally saw a massive turnout, with men, women, and youth actively participating, reflecting the widespread support for the cause. The march commenced at Ananda Bazar and concluded at Khumulwng, covering a substantial distance and demonstrating the organisation’s determination and unity.
Participants in the rally fervently voiced their demand for the recognition of their fundamental rights and the establishment of Tipraland. The event was a powerful display of organisational strength and solidarity, aiming to remind the administration of their commitment to the indigenous cause.
