Agartala September 28: Agartala Press Club organized a workshop on interactive Session on Role of Media Cross Border Trade Connectivity on Thursday. Head of School of Logistics Communication Sushanta Dutta, Agartala Press Club Joint Editor Abhishek Dey, Editor Ramakanta Dey, President were present in the conference hall of Agartala Press Club, Jayanta Bhattacharjee and others.
Sushanta Dutta, the chief speaker present, discussed the communication media and commercial development aspects of the two countries along with India-Bangladesh friendly relations in the workshop organized on this day. Besides, he discussed how the governments of the two countries can extend their hand of cooperation to improve the employment system and trade. And what kind of awareness activities should be taken in the border areas, he presented to the journalists on this day. Especially in the inter-border trade with Bangladesh, not only the products of Tripura, but also the products of other former states of the country will become easier to send to other countries in Southeast Asia. Tripura is now well connected with air, road and railway networks and soon the opening of Maitri Bridge at Sabrum will enable direct connectivity with Chittagong Port.
