Agartala: April 04: The Wakf Amendment Bill, recently approved after extensive discussions in the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, has been described as a significant step towards addressing longstanding issues of injustice and corruption. Pradesh BJP President and MP Rajib Bhattacharya expressed his views on the bill, emphasizing its potential to bring justice to underprivileged and deprived members of the Muslim community.

According to Bhattacharya, the bill marks the end of an era of systemic challenges and aims to benefit many impoverished individuals who have faced deprivation. He highlighted the government’s commitment to fostering development and improving the lives of marginalized sections of society.
