On the occasion of Veer Bal Diwas, Tripura Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president and Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament Rajib Bhattacharjee paid solemn tribute at the historic Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib in New Delhi, honouring the supreme sacrifice of Sahibzada Baba Zorawar Singh and Sahibzada Baba Fateh Singh, the younger sons of Guru Gobind Singh.
During the commemorative visit, Bhattacharjee offered floral tributes and bowed in reverence before the sacred shrine, remembering the unparalleled courage and martyrdom of the young Sahibzadas. “At such a young age, their supreme sacrifice stands as a beacon of unmatched courage and steadfast belief. Their martyrdom teaches humanity to remain firm on the path of truth, justice, and courage, regardless of challenges,” Bhattacharjee said. He added that Veer Bal Diwas serves as a reminder of the need to imbibe these timeless values in daily life and public service.
