Agartala: May 22: Aditi Majumder, an IAS officer from Tripura, has brought laurels to the state by securing the top position in the written examination of the prestigious 127th Induction Training Programme at the Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie.
Majumder was awarded the title of ‘Best Performer in Written Examination’ by the Speaker of the Lok Sabha on June 12 during a formal ceremony held at the Academy’s Vivekananda Hall. The event was graced by LBSNAA Director Sriram Taranikanti and other senior officials.
In addition to her individual achievement, Majumder was part of Group-1, which received the award for ‘Best Performing Group’ during the training programme. Her dual recognition reflects not only her academic excellence but also her collaborative leadership during the training.
Several other officers from Tripura also participated in the rigorous six-week programme. Among them were Ajit Sukladas, Devananda Reang, Santosh Das, Dhanbabu Reang, Dasarath Debbarma, Mihir Kanti Gope, and Upendra Jamatia. Their involvement highlights Tripura’s growing presence in national civil service excellence.
The 127th Induction Training Programme, which concluded on June 13, is specifically designed for officers inducted into the Indian Administrative Service from State Civil Services. Aligned with Mission Karmayogi and Viksit Bharat 2047, the programme aims to prepare officers for national leadership roles through a curriculum that emphasizes administrative capability, ethical governance, and people-centric service delivery.
With participation from 97 officers across 19 states, the training offered a dynamic platform for sharing best practices and fostering a unified vision for governance. Aditi Majumder’s accomplishment stands as a proud testament to Tripura’s administrative talent and commitment to public service excellence.
