Agartala: The Tripura BJP has strongly condemned attempts by certain political parties to spread misinformation regarding the Ranirbazar incident, claiming that there is no culture of demolishing temples and mosques in the state.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday, Amit Rakshit, the state general secretary of the BJP, stated that while such incidents might occur in neighboring states, the people of Tripura live in harmony and brotherhood. He urged opposition parties to refrain from such cheap politics.
