Agartala April 26: Tribal Artisan Fair organized in West District. The two-day long fair has started from Tuesday. 165 people participated in this fair. Out of this 106 people have been selected. The products of those selected are identified.
Their products can be marketed abroad. So it was decided to train them. West District Magistrate Debpriya Bardhan said this in a press conference organized at West District Magistrate Conference Hall on Wednesday. At present their products can be marketed by focusing on the market demand. These include bamboo, organic food and handloom. West District Governor said that the cooperation of Janjati Kalyan Department and Forest Department is done in this fair.
