Agartala June 8: A review meeting of Animal Husbandry Department, Fisheries Department and Tapashili Jati Welfare Department was held in the conference hall of West District Governor’s office on Thursday under the chairmanship of Minister Sudhanshu Das. The Minister discussed the progress of the work with the officials of the concerned departments in the meeting.

And also know how much the various facilities of the offices are available to the beneficiaries. The minister later addressed the media and said that the demand and shortage of fish, meat and eggs in the western district was discussed with the officials of the department. In the coming days, so that the unemployed youth can be self-reliant to meet the shortage, it was discussed seriously in the meeting.

He also said that the scheduled boys and girls who are studying, are getting proper facilities and whether the benefits of various projects are reaching the scheduled people are discussed. Minister Shri Das said that it has been decided to hold a district-wise review meeting especially for the next three months. The meeting was attended by Deputy Mayor Monika Das Dutta, MLAs, District President and Additional District Commissioner.
