On Wednesday morning in the Chief Minister’s official bungalow on Shyamaprasad Mukherjee Lane in Agartala, people complained of various shortages for a long time. Chief Minister’s Office Secretary Pradeep Kumar Chakraborty, OSD Pranabananda Sarkar Banerjee and other officials and staff were present.
Among the people who came from different parts of the state on this day, Ashmita Dev, a brilliant student of Shishu Vihar School, came to meet the Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha and highlight her current critical situation. Asmita’s father is battling cancer in the third stage, grandmother is also ill. Although Asmita has been selected for the scholarship this year. However, this talented student seeks the Chief Minister’s support for her studies and father’s treatment in the coming days. The Chief Minister also assured him of all possible cooperation.
Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha responded to the talented student Asmita on social media despite his busy schedule. He was informed about the current situation by meeting him directly and assured necessary cooperation. Asmita and her family expressed their happiness in front of the reporters.
It is to be noted that from now on, the Chief Minister Prof. Dr. Manik Saha will directly hear the complaints of people’s shortage once every week. Therefore, people from any part of the state can apply to the chief minister’s office in Mahakaran to report their problems. It must contain the phone number of the person concerned and the reason for meeting. Application can also be made through post office. However, the time and place of meeting with the Chief Minister will be announced later.
