Agartala December 26: Tripura Board of Secondary Education 2024 higher secondary and secondary examination date has been announced. Madhyamik exam will start on March 2 and Higher Madhyamik exam will start from March 1. Council President Dr. Dhananjay Gana Chowdhury.

On this day, Dr. Dhananjay Gana Chowdhury said that the secondary examination will start from March 2. The examination will end on March 23. He also informed that the first day exam will start with English subject. Higher Secondary examination will start from March 1 and end on March 30. This year, the estimated number of secondary students is 38,538 and higher secondary students are 27,608. As various schools in the state are under the Vidyajyoti scheme, the number of candidates has decreased this year. Compared to last year, 10,000 candidates have decreased this year.

He also said that this year there are 69 centers and 144 examination fields for the secondary examination. Out of this, the examination will be conducted in 7 centres, 13 fields and 103 schools in Dhalai district. Examination will be held in 6 centres, 17 fields and 127 schools in Gomti district. Likewise, the examination will be held in 3 centres, 12 fields and 109 schools in Khowai district. The examination will be held in 6 centres, 19 fields and 117 schools in North Tripura district. Examination will be held in 8 centers, 22 fields and 179 schools in Sipahijala district. The examination will be conducted in 10 centres, 19 fields and 168 schools in South District. He said that the examination will be conducted in 5 centers, 13 fields and 92 schools in Unkoti district and in 24 centers, 29 fields and 204 schools in West Tripura district.

Similarly, there are 60 higher secondary centers and 98 seats. Meanwhile, the examination will be held in 7 centres, 10 fields and 34 schools in Dhalai district. Examination will be conducted in 6 centres, 22 fields and 45 schools in Gomati district. The examination will be held in 3 centres, 7 fields and 37 schools in Khowai district. The examination will be held in 5 centres, 13 fields and 46 schools in North Tripura district. Examination will be held in 8 centres, 13 fields and 65 schools in Sepahijala district. The examination will be held in 8 centres, 14 fields and 70 schools in South District. He said that the examination will be held in 3 centers, 6 fields and 29 schools in Unkoti district and 20 centers, 23 fields and 97 schools in West Tripura district.
