Agartala, February 20, 2024 — Tripura Pradesh Mahila Congress President, Sarbani Ghosh Chakraborty, addressed the media today at the Pradesh Congress Bhavan, expressing concern over the escalating cost of essential goods since the BJP government assumed power at the center.

In her statement, Chakraborty highlighted the BJP’s pre-election promises and their subsequent actions. She emphasized that the party had vocally campaigned against rising gas prices, yet the reality now reflects significant increases in gas costs.
