Agartala: Dec 15: Bhagini Nivedita Girls Hostel in the capital is suffering from various problems including infrastructure. The residents of the hostel approached the Minister of Education by raising anger against the hostel superintendent. The complaint is that the hostel does not have proper electricity system.Even two or three residents have to sleep in one room. There is no proper water supply. The complaint is that the hostel superintendent has cleared them so that no one gets sick after eight o’clock in the night. If someone is sick, it will not be possible to take them out.The residents of the hostel are angry with the inhumane behavior of the hostel superintendent. They also complain that there is no solution even though various problems have been brought to the attention of the authorities. Finally, the residents approached the Education Minister on Thursday. On this day, they came in front of the Education Minister’s bus building. The Education Minister then met them and came to know about the problem.
