Agartala: Oct 15. Senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will land here in MBB airport Agartala for a brief halt before he leaves for Aizawl on Monday. Sources said, the senior Congress leader will spend some time with a five member delegation of Tripura Pradesh Congress Committee led by PCC President Asish Kumar Saha. The reason behind his arrival to Agartala is reportedly for refilling the fuel tanker of his chartered flight. “The Congress leader will meet him and apprise him the present political situation of the state. He is going to Aizawl to participate in the party’s poll campaign for the assembly elections scheduled in the month of November. Gandhi’s arrival will certainly act as a morale booster for the party workers”, said Gandhi.
